Abstract
ABSTRAK Ardi Haryanto, 2018, Sistem Informasi Reservasi Pada Cafe Lotus Garden Samarinda Berbasis Website, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing (I), Amelia Yusnita, S.Kom., M.Kom, Pembimbing (II), Hanifah Ekawati, M.Pd. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Reservasi, Cafe, Website. Cafe Lotus Garden merupakan salah satu cafe ternama di Samarinda. Adapun masalah dalam transaksi reservas yang terjadi pada Cafe Lotus Garden Samarinda yaitu masih menggunakan pencatatan manual menggunakan nota, dan pengunjung datang tidak mendapatkan tempat sehingga perlu dibangun suatu Sistem Informasi Reservasi Pada Cafe Lotus Garden Samarinda Berbasis Website Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan – tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing, sehingga sistem yang didapat sesuai dengan keinginan para calon pengguna. Dengan Adanya Sistem Informasi Reservasi Pada Cafe Lotus Garden Samarinda dapat menangani proses reservasi meja dan menu. Pada hasil tesing dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian pertanyaan kuisioner kepada 10 (sepuluh) responden dapat ditarik kesimpulan lebih dari 75,4% responden menjawab bahwa Sistem Informasi Reservasi Pada Cafe Lotus Garden Samarinda Berbasis Website memenuhi kriteria – kriteria situs website atau web aplikasi yang baik. ================================================================================================================== ABSTRACT Ardi Haryanto, 2018, System Information Reservation at Cafe Lotus Garden Samarinda Website Based, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Supervisor (I), Amelia Yusnita, S.Kom., M.Kom, Supervisor (II) Hanifah Ekawati, M.Pd.
