Abstract
Kedisiplinan karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek pensting dalam mendukung kelancaran operasional perusahaan. Proses absensi yang belum dikelola secara terpusat dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan rekapitulasi, kesalahan pencatatan, dan kesulitan dalam melakukan evaluasi kedisiplinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem absensi karyawan berbasis web pada PT Nakula Sadewa Indonesia yang terintegrasi dengan fingerprint serta menerapkan algoritma Decision Tree untuk menganalisis tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan berdasarkan data absensi. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari data presensi karyawan bulan April, Mei, dan Juni 2026 dengan jumlah 29 karyawan dan total 87 record. Atribut yang digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi meliputi jumlah terlambat, total menit terlambat, jumlah alpha, persentase hadir tepat waktu, dan jumlah tidak absen pulang. Data bulan April dan Mei digunakan sebagai data latih, sedangkan data bulan Juni digunakan sebagai data uji. Hasil pengujian algoritma Decision Tree menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 93,10%. Sistem yang dibangun mampu mengelola data karyawan, presensi harian, jadwal kerja, perizinan, analisis kedisiplinan, serta laporan rekap absensi. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat membantu admin atau HR dalam mengelola data absensi dan mengevaluasi kedisiplinan karyawan secara lebih terstruktur. ============================================================ Employee discipline is an important aspect in supporting the operational effectiveness of a company. Attendance processes that are not managed centrally may cause delays in recapitulation, recording errors, and difficulties in evaluating employee discipline. This study aims to develop a web-based employee attendance system at PT Nakula Sadewa Indonesia integrated with fingerprint technology and to apply the Decision Tree algorithm to analyze employee discipline based on attendance data. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The data used in this study were employee attendance records from April, May, and June 2026, consisting of 29 employees and a total of 87 records. The attributes used in the classification process include the number of late arrivals, total late minutes, number of absences without explanation, percentage of on-time attendance, and number of missed check-outs. Attendance data from April and May were used as training data, while June data were used as testing data. The Decision Tree algorithm testing result showed an accuracy of 93.10%. The developed system is able to manage employee data, daily attendance, work schedules, leave records, discipline analysis, and attendance reports. Therefore, this system can assist administrators or HR staff in managing attendance data and evaluating employee discipline in a more structured manner.
