Abstract
Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementasi sistem, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem informasi dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta basis data MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui metode black box testing untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah ditetapkan. Selain itu, beta testing atau User Acceptance Test (UAT) dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi rekam medis berbasis web mampu mengotomatisasi proses pendaftaran pasien, pencatatan rekam medis elektronik, pengelolaan data obat, serta pembuatan laporan medis secara terstruktur dan terkomputerisasi. Berdasarkan hasil beta testing, sistem memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,41 pada skala Likert yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan dinilai layak digunakan dan mampu mendukung peningkatan efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan serta pengelolaan data medis yang lebih akurat dan efisien di Puskesmas Bengkuring. ============================================================ The development methodology used is Waterfall with the stages of needs analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation, testing, and maintenance. The Laravel framework was chosen because its Model–View Controller architecture makes it easy to separate business logic and display, while PHP supports rapid development. The testing environment utilizes XAMPP as a local server with Apache and MySQL as database servers. Functional validation is carried out through black-box testing and user acceptance test (UAT) on health center staff. The implementation results show that the system is able to automate the patient registration process and create electronic medical records. Thus, the information system developed has proven to be effective and efficient in improving the quality of health services at Bengkuring Health Center, while providing accurate and structured data for public health analysis purposes. The results of the research show that the beta testing results of the system that the medical record information system developed obtained an average score of 3.41, which is in the Enough category based on the Likert scale.
