Abstract

Muhammad Adib Musyaffa, 2025, Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Inventaris Barang di Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Berbasis Web. Skripsi Jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (I) Amelia Yusnita, S.Kom., M.Kom, Pembimbing (II) Yunita, S.E., M.M Kata Kunci: Inventaris Barang, Biro Umum, Aplikasi Berbasis Web Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi inventaris barang berbasis web di Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengelolaan dan pendataan barang inventaris agar menjadi lebih terstruktur, efisien, dan akurat. Jika penelitian ini berhasil, aplikasi yang dihasilkan dapat mempermudah staf Biro Umum dalam melacak, mendata, dan mengelola seluruh aset barang milik Biro Umum Setda Prov. Kaltim melalui platform web. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara kepada pihak yang berwenang di Biro Umum terkait prosedur dan kebutuhan pendataan barang inventaris. Dengan cara observasi, yaitu pengamatan langsung terhadap proses inventarisasi barang yang sedang berjalan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode pengujian sistem yang digunakan yaitu Black Box dan Beta Test dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan yaitu Visual Studio Code, MySQL, dan Laragon. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa aplikasi inventaris barang berbasis web yang dapat memfasilitasi Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dalam pengelolaan data inventarisasi barang secara digital. ============================================================ Muhammad Adib Musyaffa, 2025, Design and Development of a Web-Based Inventory Application for the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province. Keywords: Inventory of Goods, General Bureau, Web-Based Application This research was conducted to design and develop a web-based inventory application for the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province. This research aims to help manage and record inventory items to be more structured, efficient, and accurate. If this research is successful, the resulting application can facilitate the staff of the General Bureau in tracking, recording, and managing all General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province asset goods through a web platform. The research was conducted at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province. The data collection methods used were interviews with authorized parties in the General Bureau regarding procedures and needs for inventory data collection. This was complemented by observation, which involved direct monitoring of the current inventory process. In this research, the system testing methods used were Black Box and Beta Test with supporting software including Visual Studio Code, MySQL, and Laragon. The final result of this research is a web-based inventory application that can facilitate the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province in digitally managing inventory data.
