Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem penunjang keputusan dan membangun sistem web aplikasi pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan kafe Ohayoo Samarinda agar pihak pemilik usaha dapat melihat secara objektif pelayanan apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan dan yang perlu dipertahankan. Dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan metode IPA yang dapat membantu dalam mengukur kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan atribut-atribut kuesioner, dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Waterfall. Data yang digunakan yaitu hasil kuesioner yang sudah disebarkan pada pelanggan kafe Ohayoo Samarinda. Hasil Penelitian berupa perancangan kuesioner, rekapitulasi data kuesioner, data kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis, web aplikasi pengukur kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang sudah diuji dengan metode Black Box dan berhasil berjalan. ============================================================ Purpose of this research was to design an decision support system and to developed a web application program to measure costumer satisfaction based on service quality of Ohayoo caffe Samarinda so the owner could see objectively which service need to be improved and which one need to be maintained. In overcoming this problem, an IPA methode is needed that can assist in measuring costumer satisfaction based on each attributes in the questionnare, using waterfall SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) system development method. Data used in this research is result of questionnare that previously spread to Ohayoo caffe costumer. Result of this research is the questionnare, summary of questionnare data, costumer satisfaction data base on Importance Performance Analysis method, web application to measure costumer satisfaction based on service quality has been tested with black box software testing methode and all program menu are running.
