Abstract
Surat merupakan alat komunikasi yang dilakukan secara tertulis, dalam pelayanan administrasi di kantor pemerintah desa surat sering dijadikan sebagai alat untuk menyampaikan sebuah informasi penting baik berupa data diri, keterangan, permohonan dan informasi penting lainnya. Dalam proses pembuatannya sering kali terjadi kendala yang membuang banyak waktu seperti kesalahan penulisan, antrean, petugas tidak ada di lingkungan kantor dan kendala lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall untuk pengembangan proyek atau sistemnya, dimana setiap tahapannya harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu sebelum melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya sehingga penelitian menjadi terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya sebuah Sistem Informasi Layanan Surat Menyurat (SILSM) berbasis Progressive Web App (PWA) pada kantor Pemerintahan Kampung Tendiq yang merupakan sebuah aplikasi web untuk pengelolaan surat menyurat menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan akurat karena sebagian isi surat terisi otomatis oleh sistem. Selain itu, warga yang terdaftar dapat mengakses beberapa layanan surat secara langsung melalui perangkat seluler mereka, memungkinkan pengajuan permohonan tanpa harus melakukan interaksi langsung dengan petugas. ============================================================ Letters are a form of written communication. In administrative services at the village government office, letters are often used as a tool to convey important information, such as personal data, certifications, requests, and other critical informations. However, the process of creating these letters often encounters obstacles that waste time, such as writing errors, long queues, the absence of staff at the office, and other issues. This research uses the Waterfall method for project or system development, where each stage must be completed first before proceeding to the next stage so that the research becomes structured. The result of this research is the development of a Correspondence Service Information System (CSIS) based on a Progressive Web App (PWA) for the Tendiq Village Government Office. This web application makes letter management more effective, efficient, and accurate, as parts of the letters are automatically filled in by the system. Additionally, registered residents can access several letter services directly through their mobile devices, allowing them to submit requests without needing to interact directly with staff.
