Abstract
Kampung Temula merupakan salah satu kampung yang berada di wilayah perkampungan dengan berbagai aktivitas administrasi yang melibatkan masyarakat secara langsung, terutama dalam pengurusan surat-menyurat masih dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pelayanan permohonan surat berbasis web dengan penerapan digital signature diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi dalam mempercepat dan mempermudah proses administrasi surat menyurat di Kampung Temula. Dalam pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah menggunakan metode air terjun (waterfall) dan algoritma penerapan digital signature dengan metode hash SHA-256. Pengguna berhasil melakukan permohonan surat dan melakukan proses verifikasi untuk melihat hasil dari pemindaian QR code yang ada pada surat untuk melihat bahwa surat tersebuat sudah valid. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Permohonan Surat Pada Kampung Temula Berbasis Web Dengan Penerapan Digital Signature ini juga dapat membantu mempermudah dalam proses pembuatan surat dan penandatanganan surat secara digital. ============================================================ Temula Village is one of the villages located in a village area with various administrative activities that directly involve the community, especially in managing correspondence which is still done manually. The purpose of this study is to design and build a web-based letter request service information system with the application of digital signatures which are expected to be a solution in accelerating and simplifying the process of letter administration in Temula Village. In developing the system used in this research, the waterfall method and digital signature application algorithm were used with the SHA-256 hash method. The user successfully made a letter request and carried out the verification process to see the results of scanning the QR code on the letter to see that the letter is valid. With the existence of the Web-Based Letter Request Service Information System in Kampung Temula with the Implementation of Digital Signature, it can also help simplify the process of making letters and signing letters digitally.
