Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan sistem E-Parking di Kota Samarinda, dan pengaruh variabel harapan kinerja, harapan usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi- kondisi pemfasilitas terhadap niat perilaku untuk menggunakan sistem E�Parking. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Responden pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 99 responden, dan proses olah data dibantu dengan software SmartPLS4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengaruh Sosial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Niat Perilaku untuk Menggunakan Sistem, sedangkan pada variabel Harapan Kinerja, Harapan Usaha dan Kondisi-Kondisi Memfasilitasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Niat Penggunaan Untuk Menggunakan Sistem. ============================================================ The research was conducted to determine what factors influence the acceptance and use of the E-Parking system in Samarinda City, and the influence of the variables' performance expectations, business expectations, social influences, and facilitating conditions on behavioral intentions to use the E-Parking system. This research uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method. The data collection techniques used were literature studies, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study using the Sloven formula was 99 respondents, and the data processing process was assisted by SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research show that the Social Influence variable does not significantly influence the Behavioral Intention to Use the System, whereas the Performance Expectations, Business Expectations and Facilitating Conditions variables significantly influence the Intention to Use the System.
