Abstract
Jaringan hotspot telah menjadi solusi yang populer untuk menyediakan akses internet publik di berbagai lokasi seperti kafe, hotel, atau area umum lainnya. Artikel ini membahas implementasi jaringan hotspot dengan fokus pada penggunaan metode Queue Tree menggunakan router MikroTik. Implementasi metode Queue Tree pada router MikroTik memberikan fleksibilitas yang besar dalam mengelola lalu lintas data hotspot, memungkinkan pengaturan prioritas dan pembatasan bandwidth yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokasi hotspot. Implementasi ini dikembangkan dengan metode pengembangan Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) dengan tujuan pengembangan pada sistem jaringan komputer yang mempunyai elemen seperti mendefinisikan fase, tahapan, langkah atau mekanisme proses secara spesifik dan teratur. ============================================================ The hotspot network has become a popular solution for providing public internet access in various locations such as cafes, hotels, or other public areas. This article discusses the implementation of a hotspot network focusing on the use of the Queue Tree method using MikroTik routers. The implementation of the Queue Tree method on MikroTik routers provides significant flexibility in managing hotspot data traffic, allowing for precise prioritization and bandwidth limitation settings tailored to the hotspot location's needs. This implementation is developed using the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method with the goal of developing computer network systems that involve defining specific and systematic phases, stages, steps, or process mechanisms.
