Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul "Pemanfaatan Teknologi Global Positioning System (GPS) Pada Implementasi Monitoring Pengangkutan Sampah di Desa Loa Duri Ilir Berbasis Web, 2023. Skripsi ini diajukan sebagai salah satu persyaratan untuk meraih gelar Program Studi Teknik Informatika di Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma. Ketua Pembimbing dalam penelitian ini adalah H. Tommy Bustomi, S.Kom., M.Kom, sedangkan Siti Lailiyah, S.Kom., M.Kom, bertindak sebagai Anggota Pembimbing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi monitoring pengangkutan sampah, monitoring jadwal pengangkutan sampah, monitoring petugas pemungut sampah dan monitoring pemeliharaan kendaraan pengangkut sampah, dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Global Positioning System (GPS) pada proses pengangkutan sampah di Desa Loa Duri Ilir berbasis WEB. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis data, Analisis kebutuhan pengguna, Analisis kebutuhan sistem, dan analisis teknologi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berhasilnya membuat aplikasi monitoring pengangkutan sampah. Sistem ini mampu membuat jadwal pengangkutan sampah, laporan pengaduan beserta taging lokasi, dan memonitoring pergerakan mobil sampah berbasis web. Metode black box testing dan Beta testing digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat membantu pemerintah Desa Loa Duri Ilir untuk memonitoring rute pengangkutan sampah, jadwal pengangkutan sampah, dan penanganan pengaduan masyarakat. ====== This research is entitled "Utilization of Global Positioning System (GPS) Technology in the Implementation of Web-Based Monitoring of Waste Transport in Loa Duri Ilir Village, 2023. This thesis is submitted as one of the requirements for obtaining a degree in the Informatics Engineering Study Program at the College of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma. The Chief Supervisor in this research is H. Tommy Bustomi, S.Kom., M.Kom, while Siti Lailiyah, S.Kom., M.Kom, acts as the Supervisory Member. The aim of this research is to create an application for monitoring waste transportation, monitoring waste transportation schedules, monitoring waste collection officers and monitoring maintenance of waste transportation vehicles, by utilizing Global Positioning System (GPS) technology in the WEB- based waste transportation process in Loa Duri Ilir Village. In this research, data analysis, user needs analysis, system requirements analysis, and technology analysis were carried out. The result of this research is the success of creating a waste transportation monitoring application. This system is able to create waste transportation schedules, report complaints along with location tagging, and monitor the movement of waste cars based on the web. Black box testing and Beta testing methods are used in this research to test system functionality. Thus, this research can help the Loa Duri Ilir Village government to monitor waste transportation routes, waste transportation schedules, and handle community complaints
