Abstract

Kata kunci : Tingkat Kepuasan, Bagian Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan, Customer Satisfaction Index. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan terhadap pelayanan Bagian Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan di kalangan mahasiswa STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Program Studi Sistem Informasi angkatan 2020 dengan menggunakan metode customer satisfaction index. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bagian Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form yang ditujukan kepada mahasiswa sistem informasi angkatan 2020 STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. Dengan cara observasi lapangan dengan cara melakukan studi langsung ke BAAK STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma dan mewawancarai salah satu karyawan disana Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengolahan data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas dengan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah SPSS 22, serta dilanjutkan dengan metode customer satisfaction index. Adapun hasil dari penelitian analisis tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa Sistem Informasi Angkatan 2020 STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma terhadap Pelayanan BAAK Dengan Metode Customer Satisfaction Index adalah sangat puas yang memperoleh hasil sebesar 87,25%. ============================================================ Dian Nur Hidayat, 2024, Analysis of Student Satisfaction Levels with Academic Administration and Student Affairs Services Using the Customer Satisfaction Index Method. This research was conducted to determine the level of satisfaction with the services of the Academic Administration and Student Affairs Department among students of the 2020 STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Information Systems Study Program using the customer satisfaction index method. This research was conducted at the Academic and Student Affairs Administration Section of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. The data collection method used was by distributing questionnaires via Google Form aimed at information systems students class of 2020 at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. By means of field observation by conducting a study directly at BAAK STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma and interviewing one of the employees there In this research, data processing techniques used validity and reliability tests with the supporting software used was SPSS 22, and continued with the customer satisfaction index method. The results of research analyzing the level of satisfaction of Information Systems students class of 2020 at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma regarding BAAK services using the Customer Satisfaction Index method were very satisfied with results of 87.25%.
