Kata Kunci : Analisis, E-Samsat, Metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persentase tingkat kepuasan Sistem Aplikasi Simpator dan mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pengguna Sistem Informasi Simpator berdasarkan variabel-variabel pada metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) merupakan metode yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu metode untuk meningkatkan kepuasan sebuah sistem informasi Simpator. Metode ini memiliki 3 variabel yaitu persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kemanfaatan, niat perilaku. Keywords: Analysis, E-Samsat, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Method This research was conducted to determine the percentage level of satisfaction of the Simpator Application System and find out what factors affect the increase in user satisfaction of the Simpator Information System based on the variables in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method is a method that can be used as one of the method to increase the satisfaction of a Sympator information system. This method has 3 variables, namely perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, behavioral intention. The results obtained from the analysis of user satisfaction with the implementation of the e-samsat tax payment system are to determine the effect of the implementation of the e-samsat system on its application.
