Abstract

Analisis sistem informasi merupakan penguraian dari suatu sistem informasi yang utuh ke dalam bagian komponen sistem itu sendiri dengan maksud untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi permasalahan, hambatan yang terjadi, dan kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang diharapkan. Berkembangnya teknologi informasi saat ini membuat informasi sangat pesat dan mudah ditemukan dimanapun dan kapanpun. Penggunaan sistem informasi ini tidak hanya digunakan di perusahaan saja. Bagi instansi, pendidikan, maupun perguruan tinggi memberikan informasi melalui sebuah sistem. Dengan memperhatikan beberapa variabel yang ada. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 4 (empat) variabel independen yaitu Ekspektasi Kinerja (Performance Expectancy), Ekspektasi Usaha (Effort Expectancy), Pengaruh Sosial (Social Influence), Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi (Facilitating Conditions), dan satu variabel dependen yaitu Niat Perilaku untuk menggunakan sistem (Behavioral Intention to Use The System). Oleh karena itu, dilakukan Analisis Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian Dengan Metode Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Technology (UTAUT) Pada Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kota Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan melakukan studi lapangan, observasi dan melakukan wawancara kepada pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Samarinda dengan memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pula penyebaran kuesioner dengan alat bantu google form sebagai data primer yang akan diproses dan dianalisa pada penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Technology (UTAUT), software pendukung yang digunakan untuk membantu memproses data terdiri dari Microsoft excel dan SPSS. Hasil Analisis dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Samarinda dalam mengevaluasi sistem yang sedang berjalan dalam setiap kegiatan mereka serta terus memutahirkan baik dari segi keamanan maupun kenyamanan pengguna sistem. ============================================================ Information system analysis is the decomposition of a complete information system into the component parts of the system itself with a view to identifying and evaluating problems, obstacles that occur, and expected needs. The development of information technology today makes information very fast and easy to find anywhere and anytime. The use of this information system is not only used in companies. For agencies, education, and universities provide information through a system. By paying attention to some of the existing variables. In this study, 4 (four) independent variables were used, namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and one dependent variable, namely Behavioral Intention to use the system. (Behavioral Intention to Use The System). Therefore, an Analysis of the Implementation of the Personnel Management Information System Using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) Method at the Education and Culture Office of Samarinda City was carried out. The data collection method used was by conducting field studies, observing and conducting interviews with employees of the Samarinda City Education and Culture Office by providing questions related to this research, questionnaires were also distributed using the Google Form tool as primary data to be processed and analyzed. in this research. The method used in this study is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT), supporting software used to help process data consists of Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The results of the analysis of this study are expected to be able to the Education and Culture Office of Samarinda City in evaluating the system that is currently running in each of their activities and continue to update both in terms of security and user comfort of the system.
