Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis keamanan jaringan di kedai kopi Cerita Senja Teluk Lerong dengan menggunakan firewall berbasis mikrotik, sekaligus untuk menganalisis metode Packet Filtering dan Port Address Translation agar dapat di tentukan metode mana yang lebih baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari metode observasi langsung ke tempat lokasi penelitian, wawancara pemilik dari kedai tersebut dan studi literatur. Kebutuhan sistem keamanan jaringan komputer baik untuk sistem informasi atau komputer yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet, sangat rentan sekali terhadap penyusupan, pencurian data serta penyalahgunaan informasi oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Sehingga diperlukan suatu perangkat dan sistem keamanan firewall yang ekonomis,efisien sekaligus mampu bekerja secara optimal untuk melindungi jaringan komputer. metode PAT (Port Address Translation) adalah suatu perancangan keamanan jaringan server yang memanfaatkan fungsi PAT pada perangkat firewall. Mikrotik merupakan salah satu Operating System yang mempunyai fitur unggulan, salah satunya adalah sebagai Firewall. Laporan tugas akhir ini akan menguraikan aktifitas dan produk yang dihasilkan pada masing- masing tahap pengembangan. Analisis dan implementasi firewall multilayer ini akan menghasilkan sebuah metode keamanan berlapis dengan meningkatkan pemfilteran yang lebih selektif, kemudahan administrasi sistem dan pengelolaanya. Pada tahap akhir pengembangan metode firewall, hal-hal apa yang telah dilakukan dan apa yang belum dilakukan pada pengembangan firewall ini akan diulas dan di evaluasi pada bagian akhir laporan ini. ======================================================== This research was conducted to analyze network security at Cerita Senja Teluk Lerong coffee shop using a proxy-based firewall, as well as to analyze the Packet Filtering and Port Address Translation methods so that it can be determined which method is better. The research method used in this research is a data collection method consisting of direct observation method to the research location, interviewing the owner of the shop and literature study. The need for a computer network security system for both information systems or computers connected to the internet network, is very vulnerable to intrusion, data theft and misuse of information by irresponsible people. So we need a device and firewall security system that is economical, efficient and at the same time able to work optimally to protect computer networks. the PAT (Port Address Translation) method is a server network security design that utilizes the PAT function on firewall devices. Mikrotik is an Operating System that has excellent features, one of which is a Firewall. This final project report will describe the activities and products produced at each stage of development. Analysis and implementation of this multilayer firewall will produce a layered security method by increasing more selective filtering, ease of system administration and management. In the final stage of developing the firewall method, what has been done and what has not been done in the development of this firewall will be reviewed and evaluated at the end of this report.
