Abstract

Teddy Fernal Diyanto, NIM : 19.31.003 Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Masyarakat Di Kelurahan Sempaja Timur Berbasis Web Tugas Akhir KKP Jurusan Manajemen Informatika, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Supervisor : Wahyuni, S.kom., M.Kom Kelurahan Sempaja Timur Samarinda sebagai salah satu kelurahan pelaksanaan pelayanan publik, belum memanfaatkan teknologi secara optimal, oleh karna itu sehingga pegawainya lebih memilih menggunakan prosedur kerja manual dalam pengelolahan pelayanan masyarakat di kelurahan Sempaja Timur sehingga perlu dibuatkan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Masyarakat Di Kelurahan Sempaja Timur Berbasis Web. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall. Dengan metode ini memungkinkan untuk depertementalisasi dan Kontrol. Proses pengembangan model fase one by one, sehingga meminimalis kesalahan yang mungkin akan terjadi. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Masyarakat Di Kelurahan Sempaja Timur Berbasis Web dapat menangani proses perkembangan teknologi serba digital. Pada hasil testing dapat di simpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian pertanyaan kuisioner dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Sistem Informasi Pelayana n Masyarakat Di Kelurahan Sempaja Timur Berbasis Web memenuhi kriteria-kriteria situs website atau web aplikasi yang baik. Kata Kunci :Sistem Informasi, Pelayanan,Website ============================================================ Teddy Fernal Diyanto, NIM : 19.31.003 Community Service Information System in Sempaja Timur Village Web-Based Final Project of KKP Department of Informatics Management, College of Informatics and Computer Management (STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Supervisor : Wahyuni, S.kom., M.Kom Sempaja Timur Village Samarinda as one of the villages implementing public services, has not utilized technology optimally, therefore its employees prefer to use manual work procedures in managing community services in the Sempaja Timur village so it is necessary to create a Web-Based Information System for Community Services in East Sempaja Village. . The data collection method uses the observation method and the system development method using the waterfall. This method allows for departmentalization and control. The process of developing a one-by-one phase model, so as to minimize errors that might occur. With the Web-Based Community Service Information System in Sempaja Timur Village, it can handle the process of developing all-digital technology. From the test results, it can be concluded that the results of the questionnaire question test can be concluded that the Web-Based Community Service Information System in Sempaja Timur Village meets the criteria for a good website or web application.
