Abstract
Bengkel pada umumnya merupakan tempat (gedung atau ruangan) untuk perawatan/perawatan, perbaikan, modifikasi alat dan mesin, tempat pembuatan suku cadang mesin dan perakitan mesin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan – tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing, sehingga sistem yang didapat sesuai dengan keinginan para calon pengguna. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan Aplikasi E-Invoice Pada Bengkel CV.TRUSTTECH Samarinda Berbasis Web yang berguna bagi tempat penelitian itu sendiri. Dengan adanya aplikasi baru ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif yang baik dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi dan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan. ============================================================== Workshops are generally places (buildings or rooms) for maintenance/ maintenance, repair, modification of tools and machines, places for making machine parts and assembling machines. The data collection method uses the observation method and the system development method using waterfall because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system, namely Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the system obtained is in accordance with the wishes of potential users. In this study, it produced an E-Invoice Application at the Web-Based CV.TRUSTTECH Samarinda Workshop which is useful for the research site itself. With this new application, it is hoped that it can be a good alternative in solving the problems faced and can improve service to customers.
