Abstract

Analisis Tingkat Keberhasilan adalah merupakan suatu proses secara merinci terhadap objek dengan alat bantu tertentu dengan tujuan mengetahui perbedaan yang didapat dan mendapatkan hasil yang diharapkan untuk tempat penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan berupa kuisioner, observasi dan studi pustaka yang merupakan landasan teori yang akan digunakan. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah Importance Performance Analysis dengan SMK TI AIRLANGGA sebagai studi kasusnya. Dengan adanya penelitian menggunakan metode importance performance analysis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat keberhasilan pada siswa dan apa saja yang akan ditingkatkan sebagai prioritas utama dan pertahankan kualitas. Dari 18 pertanyaan terdapat beberapa pertanyaan saja yang menjadi prioritas utama dan pertahankan kualitas pada pelaksanaan ujian online untuk diperhatikan lagi agar menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk kedepannya. ======================================================== Success rate analysis is a detailed process of objects with certain tools with the aim of knowing the differences obtained and obtaining the expected results for the search site. In this research, the data collection method that will be used is in the form of questionnaires, observations and literature studies which are the theoretical basis to be used. The method that will be used is the importance performance analysis with SMK TI AIRLANGGA as a case study. With this research using the importance performance analysis method, it aims to find out what the student success rate is and what will be improved as a top priority and maintain quality. Of the 18 questions, there are only a few questions that are the top priority and keep the quality of the online exam from reconsidering to become assessment material for the future.
