Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem penentuan golongan pelanggan pada PERUMDA Cabang Loa Kulu dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu para pengelola PDAM untuk mengambil keputusan dalam menentukan golongan pelanggan pada PERUMDA Cabang Loa Kulu. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel dan bahasa pemogramaman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), Xampp sebagai local server, MySQL sebagai database server, dan Apache sebagai web server. Alat bantu pengembangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language . Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa hasil penggolongan pelanggan yang ditelah ditentukan oleh sistem menggunakan metode naïve bayes menggunakan data training yang telah disiapkan oleh penulis dalam penelitian. ========================================================= The purpose of this study is to produce a system of determining customer groups at PERUMDA Loa Kulu Branch using the Naïve Bayes method, so it is hoped that it can help PDAM managers to make decisions in determining customer groups at PERUMDA Loa Kulu Branch. This system is built using the Laravel Framework and the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), Xampp as the local server, MySQL as the database server, and Apache as the web server. System development tools using a unified modelling language. The results of this study are in the form of customer classification results that have been determined by the system using the nave Bayes method using training data that has been prepared by the author in the study.
