Abstract
Restu Setyo Lakasana, 2020, Sistem Informasi Pendistribusian Obat Pada Gudang Farmasi Kota Samarinda Berbasis Web, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing Utama, Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., MM.SI, Pembimbing Pendamping, Asep Nurhuda, S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Smart Report, Kota Samarinda, Gudang Farmasi, Website. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Pendistribusian Obat Pada Gudang Farmasi Kota Samarinda Berbasis Web. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Sublime Text 3, XAMPP yang merupakan gabungan dari apache Web Server, PHP, dan MySQL, dan browser Google Chrome. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan – tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu White Box dan Beta Testing, sehingga sistem yang didapat sesuai dengan keinginan para calon pengguna. Sistem Informasi Pendistribusian Obat. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Pendistribusian Obat Pada Gudang Farmasi Kota Samarinda Berbasis Web, sehingga dapat mempermudah pekerjaan menjadi relatif cepat, tepat dan dapat dilakukan tanpa terkendala waktu. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi selama ini dalam hal proses pendistribusian obat. ============================================================ Restu Setyo Laksana, 2020, Drug Distribution Information System in Samarinda City Pharmacy Warehouse Web Based, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Principal Advisior, Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., MM.SI, Counselor Advisor, Asep Nurhuda, S.Kom., M.Kom. Keywords: Smart Report, Kota Samarinda, Pharmacy Warehouse, Website. This final project aims to build a Web-Based Drug Distribution Information System at Samarinda City Pharmacy Warehouse. This system was developed using Sublime Text 3, XAMPP software which is a combination of Apache Web Server, PHP, and MySQL, and the Google Chrome browser. The method of data collection uses the observation method and system development methods using the waterfall. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is White Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of prospective users. Drug Distribution Information System. The purpose of this research is to produce a drug distribution information system at the Samarinda City Pharmacy Pharmacy based on web, so that it can simplify the work to be relatively fast, precise and can be done without time constraints. It is expected that this information system can overcome the problems that have occurred so far in the process of drug distribution.
