Abstract
Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem yang dapat membantu seseorang dalam mengambil keputusan yang akurat dan tepat sasaran. Banyak permasalahan yang dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan SPK, salah satunya adalah Pemilihan Tempat Laundry Terbaik Di Samarinda dengan menggunakan bantuan metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Tempat Laundry Terbaik Di Samarinda Menggunakan Metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) dengan harapan seleksi Laundry secara obyektif. Dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan databasenya menggunakan My Sql. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mengetahui pemilihan laundry yang layak dipertimbangkan. Pengguna dapat menginputkan bobot kriteria. Kemudian sistem akan mencari solusi dengan menggunakan metode SMART. Setelah keputusan didapatkan, maka sistem akan menampilkan hasil keputusan tersebut. ======================================================== Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist a person in making accurate and targeted decisions. Many problems can be solved by using SPK, one of which is the Selection of the Best Laundry Place in Samarinda by using the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique. The purpose of this study was to produce a Decision Support System for the Selection of the Best Laundry Place in Samarinda Using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method with the hope of objectively selecting Laundry. By using the HTML programming language and the database using My Sql. In this study, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and literature study. The result of this research is a decision support system is made to determine the selection of laundry that is worth considering. Users can input criteria weights. Then the system will look for a solution using the SMART method. After the decision is obtained, the system will display the results of the decision.
