Abstract
Aditya Yoga Pratama, 2019, Pengolahan data nilai raport siswa pada sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) Negeri 14 Samarinda, Skripsi Jurusan Teknik Informatika, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing (I) Basrie, M.Kom., Pembimbing (II) Eka Arriyanti, S.Pd., M.Kom., I.G Kata Kunci: Sistem, raport, aplikasi berbasis web, nilai. Laporan ini berisi mengenai pelayanan informasi pengolahan nilai berbasis web dengan studi kasus SMP Negeri 14 Samarinda. Prosedur pelayanan sistem tersebut dibuat dalam bentuk informasi yang berbasis web sehingga mengubah sistem pengolahan nilai yang sebelumnya manual menjadi terkomputerisasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan meliputi studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Studi lapangan meliputi studi observasi atau pengamatan secara langsung dan metode wawancara langsung dengan pihak yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti sehingga diperoleh data dan informasi yang dapat dipercaya kebenarannya. Sedangkan studi kepustakaan berguna untuk mendapatkan landasan teori yang berupa pendapat para ahli mengenai hal yang menjadi objek penelitian seperti peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan berkaitan dengan hal-hal yang sedang diteliti. Dengan adanya informasi berbasis web ini memudahkan admin maupun guru dalam melakukan rangkaian proses pengolahan nilai di sekolah dari input hingga proses laporan. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini adalah sistem penilaian raport siswa menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat karena menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web yang lebih dinamis. Sistem ini masih belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan belum di terapkan di SMP Negeri 14 Samarinda. ========================================================= Aditya Yoga Pratama, 2019, Processing data on student report cards at Samarinda State Middle School (SMP) 14, Thesis Informatics Engineering Department, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Advisor (I) Basrie, M.Kom, Advisor (II) Eka Arriyanti, S.Pd., M.Kom., IG Keywords: System, report cards, web-based applications, values. This report contains web-based value processing information services with a case study of Samarinda State Middle School 14. The system service procedure is made in the form of web-based information so that the previously modified manual processing system becomes computerized. Methods of data collection carried out include field studies and library studies. Field studies include studies of observations or direct observations and methods of direct interviews with parties related to the problem under study so that data and information can be obtained that can be trusted truthfully. While the literature study is useful to get a theoretical basis in the form of the opinions of experts on things that are the object of research such as legislation in force and relating to the things being studied. With the existence of web-based information, it is easy for the admin and teacher to conduct a series of value processing processes in the school from the input to the report process. The conclusion of this report is that the student report card assessment system is easier and faster because it uses more dynamic web-based applications. This system is still not in accordance with the needs and has not been implemented in Samarinda State Middle School 14.
