Abstract
Junaid, 2019, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pembelian Handphone Menggunakan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial (MPE) Berbasis Client Server. Kata Kunci: Sistem pendukung keputusan, Handphone, MPE Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pembelian handphone yang nantinya jika penelitian ini berhasil bisa membantu dan mempermudah pembeli dalam melakukan proses pemilihan handphone yang diinginkan untuk dibeli. Sistem pendukung keputusan pembelian handphone dengan menggunakan metode perbandingan eksponensial (MPE) berbasis client server merupakan sistem yang dapat memberikan nilai pemilihan handphone sehingga keputusan-keputusan pemilihan handphone yang tepat dan membuat para pembeli dapat lebih mudah dalam memperoleh produk sesuai dengan yang diinginkan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu pembeli dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan handphone mana saja yang layak untuk dipilih, mengimplementasikan metode perbandingan eksponensial dalam perhitungan untuk mendapatkan keputusan yang optimal serta dapat membuat para pembeli lebih mudah dalam membeli handphone yang diinginkan. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0. Pada penelitian digunakan metode pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan yang terdiri dari studi kelayakan, perancangan, pemilihan, dan implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dibuat dengan permodelan yang memperhatikan faktor-faktor berupa harga, ram, operation system, battery, network dan memory internal yang digunakan sebagai kriteria penilaian dan pemberian bobot. Sistem pendukung keputusan pembelian handphone ini bersifat dinamis karena faktor-faktor baru dan nilai bobotnya dapat diubah dan ditambah sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pembeli sebagai pengambil keputusan dapat mengambil keputusan dengan mengikuti rekomendasi yang dikeluarkan oleh sistem, tetapi Pembeli juga bisa menentukan hasil keputusannya tanpa mengikuti rekomendasi sistem. ========================================================= Junaid, 2019, Purchase Mobile decision support system using the method of comparison of the Exponential (MPE) based client server, Theses Courses of Informatics Engineering, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Licensing supervisor (I), Amelia Yusnita, M.Kom, (II) supervising Hanifah Ekawati, M.Pd Keywords : Decision Support Systems, Mobile, MPE Research done to be able to make a purchase decision support system for mobile phones that later if these studies are successful can help make it easier buyers and in conducting the selection process of the desired mobile phone to purchase. Mobile phone buying decision support system by using the method of comparison of the exponential (MPE) based client server is a system that can give the value of the selection of the mobile so that the decisions of the selection of the right mobile and as well as making buyers can more easily obtain the desired products in accordance with them. The purpose of this research is to help buyers in making decision making in determining which mobile phones worth to choose, implement the methods of comparison of exponential in calculation to get an optimal decision and can make easier buyers in buying the desired phone. These systems are made using the programming language Visual Basic 6.0. On the research of the development of the used method of a decision support system that consists of a feasibility study, design, selection, and implementation. The results of this research is a decision support system modelling is made with a notice in the form of price factors, ram, operation system, battery, network and internal memory that is used as the criteria of assessment and awarding of the weights. Decision support system of purchasing this phone is dynamic because the new factors and values does it weigh can be changed and supplemented in accordance with the needs. Buyer as decision makers can take the decision to follow the recommendations issued by the system, but a buyer could also determine the outcome of his decision without following the recommendations system.
