Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat membuat aplikasi sistem pakar yang dapat menghadapi masalah atau kerusakan pada printer sehingga pengguna dapat secara cepat dan tepat menganalisa dan menemukan pemecahannya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jalan Juanda No 79. Kel.air Putih Kec.Samarinda Ulu Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, metode pengumpulan data dengan studi lapangan salah satunya observasi yaitu mengadakan pengamatan langsung terhadap aplikasi yang dibuat Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa Aplikasi Sistem Pendeteksi Kerusakan Printer Dengan Metode Case Based Reasoning serta berupa informasi tentang gejala-gejala,kerusakan dan solusi dalam penangan Printer. "=======================================================" This research was conducted to be able to create an expert system application that can face problems or damage to the printer so that users can quickly and precisely analyze and find the solution This research was conducted at the Juanda road, number 79. Kelurahan Air Putih Sub district Samarinda Ulu East Kalimantan Province, the method of data collection by field study one of which is observation that held a direct observation of the application created. The end result of this research that is the Application of Printer Damage Detection System With Case Based Reasoning Method and in the form of information about the symptoms, damage and solutions in Printer handling.
