Kepala proyek merupakan individu yang ditunjuk langsung oleh organisasi atau perusahaan untuk mencapai sasaran proyek. Tugas utama kepala proyek adalah bertanggung jawab terhadap kegiatan pengelolaan proyek yang berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan atau kegagalan proyek. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) merupakan bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang dapat mengatasi masalah, sistem ini dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan pemilihan kepala proyek berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini membantu melakukan penilaian, melakukan perubahan kriteria, dan perubahan nilai parameter yang membantu pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) adalah suatu model pengambilan keputusan yang komphrensif dengan memperhitungkan suatu hal-hal yang bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu membantu pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan pemilihan kepala proyek. Metode AHP yang digunakan dalam sistem ini akan mampu melakukan analisis uji komparasi berpasangan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem sama persis dengan hasil perhitungan manual yang menunjukan bahwa sistem berbasis web yang dibangun adalah valid. ========================================================= Putri Mustika Yulianty, 2018, a decision support system of election of the head of the project on construction services by using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The main task of the head of the project is responsible for the project management activities that have an effect on the success or failure of the project. Decision support system (SPK) is part of the computer-based information system that can address the problem, the system can support the decision-making of the election of the head of the project based on the specified criteria. This decision support systems help do judgement criteria, make changes, and change the parameter value that helps the lead in taking decisions. The method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a decision-making model that komphrensif taking into account a things which are qualitative and quantitative. The system is expected to assist in taking decisions the leadership election of the head of the project. AHP method used in the system will be able to do the analysis test comparisons of pairs. The test results show that the system is exactly the same with the results of manual calculations showed that a web-based system built is valid.
