Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pengadaan Sparepart PT Galant Service Samarinda dengan Metode Moving Average. Sistem ini dapat membantu kepala bengkel dalam proses penentuan jumlah pemesanan sparepart dan membantu admin untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelaporan kepada pimpinan. Dengan metode Moving Average nilai prediksi diperoleh melalui penjumlahan dan pencarian nilai rata-rata dari sejumlah periode tertentu, setiap kali menghilangkan nilai terlama dan menambah nilai baru. Metode pengembangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pengadaan Sparepart PT Galant Service Samarinda dengan Metode Moving Average menggunakan langkah Intelligence, Choice, Design dan Implementation. Sistem ini menggunakan Visual Basic 2012 sebagai graphic user interface dan Microsoft Access 2007 sebagai database. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan untuk memprediksi jumlah pemesanan sparepart di periode berikutnya berdasarkan perhitungan moving average. Setelah prediksi dihasilkan, maka sistem menampilkan keputusan untuk menunjang pelaporan sparepart kepada pimpinan perusahaan. --------------------------------------------------------- This study aims to build a Decision Support System of Procurement Sparepart PT Galant Service Samarinda with Moving Average Method. This system can help the workshop supervisor in the process of determining the number of spare part bookings and help the admin to improve reporting efficiency to the office leader. With the Moving Average method the predicted value is obtained by the sum and search of the average value of a certain number of the periods, each time eliminating the oldest value and adding new value. Development method of Decision Support System of Sparepart Procurement PT Galant Service Samarinda with Moving Average Method using step Intelligence, Choice, Design and Implementation . This system uses Visual Basic 2012 as the graphic user interface and Microsoft Access 2007 as the database. The result of this research is making decision support system to predict the number of sparepart order in next period based on moving average calculation. After the prediction is generated, then the system displays the decision to support sparepart reporting to the company leader.
