Abstract
Muhammad Reza Fahlevi, 2026, Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Web Manajemen Pelatihan dengan Integrasi Google Sheets dan Google Apps Script di PIKP STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Dosen Pembimbing Utama: Bartolomius Harpad, S.Kom., M.Kom., Dosen Pembimbing Pendamping: Muhammad Ibnu Sa'ad, S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci: manajemen pelatihan, google apps script, google sheets, blogger, otomatisasi Pusat Inovasi Kewirausahaan dan Pelatihan (PIKP) STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma memiliki program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa, namun pengelolaan datanya masih mengandalkan Google Form dan Google Sheets secara semi-manual. Hal ini menyebabkan keterbatasan fungsionalitas, kesulitan dalam melacak data historis peserta, serta membebani pengelola dengan proses pengiriman sertifikat yang masih repetitif dan manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi web manajemen pelatihan yang mengintegrasikan Google Sheets sebagai basis data, Google Apps Script sebagai pemroses logika sistem, dan Blogger sebagai Content Management System (CMS) guna mempermudah dan mengotomatisasi pengelolaan data pelatihan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Waterfall, yang secara terstruktur meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, deployment, dan maintenance. Desain sistem divisualisasikan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram. Pengujian fungsionalitas sistem dilakukan dengan metode Black box testing, sedangkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna dievaluasi menggunakan Beta testing melalui kuesioner berskala Likert yang dibagikan kepada 10 responden mahasiswa yang pernah mengikuti pelatihan di PIKP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem aplikasi web manajemen pelatihan yang berhasil dibangun dan diimplementasikan menggunakan ekosistem Google. Sistem ini mampu mengotomatisasi berbagai proses operasional, seperti pendaftaran peserta, presensi menggunakan QR Code, serta pembuatan dan pengiriman sertifikat digital secara otomatis melalui email. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Black box, seluruh fitur utama sistem berjalan dengan baik tanpa kesalahan, dan hasil Beta testing menunjukkan persentase kelayakan sebesar 90,33%. Keywords: training management, google apps script, google sheets, blogger, automation The Center for Entrepreneurship and Training Innovation (PIKP) of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma runs training programs to improve student competencies, but its data management still relies on Google Forms and Google Sheets semi-manually. This condition results in functional limitations, makes it difficult to track participants' historical data, and burdens the administrator with manual and repetitive certificate delivery processes. This research aims to design and build a training management web application that integrates Google Sheets as a database, Google Apps Script as a system logic processor, and Blogger as a Content Management System (CMS) to facilitate and automate training data management. The system development method used in this research is the Waterfall model, which structurally includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The system design is visualized using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. System functionality testing was carried out using the Black box testing method, while the user acceptance level was evaluated using Beta testing through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 10 student respondents who had participated in PIKP training. The result of this research is a training management web application system that was successfully built and implemented using the Google ecosystem. This system is able to automate various operational processes, such as participant registration, attendance using a QR Code, and the creation and sending of digital certificates automatically via email. Based on the Black box testing results, all main features of the system run well without errors, and the Beta testing results show a feasibility percentage of 90.33%. This figure indicates that the developed system is categorized as highly feasible to be used to support administrative and training activities at PIKP STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma.
