Abstract
Kegiatan pengumpulan infak di lingkungan masjid umumnya masih dilakukan secara konvensional yang kurang efisien dan berpotensi mengganggu kekhusyukan jamaah. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem "Mobil Robotik Kotak Amal Berjalan Otomatis" berbasis Mikrokontroler Arduino Uno sebagai solusi inovatif untuk modernisasi proses pengumpulan infak. Sistem ini dirancang untuk bergerak mandiri dan beroperasi otomatis di lingkungan masjid tanpa bergantung pada tenaga manusia. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Prototyping yang meliputi tahap communication, Quick Plan, Modeling quick design, Construction of Prototype, serta deployment, delivery, and feedback. Robot ini diintegrasikan dengan dua unit Mikrokontroler Arduino Uno; Arduino bagian bawah mengontrol pergerakan dengan Sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 untuk navigasi dan pendeteksian jamaah pada jarak 20 cm, sedangkan Arduino bagian atas mengelola sistem keamanan dan tampilan informasi menggunakan dua unit Sensor inframerah (Infrared/IR) FC-51 serta layar LCD 20x4 I2C. Sensor IR berfungsi mendeteksi masuknya uang infak untuk memicu pesan pada LCD sekaligus sebagai sistem keamanan yang akan menghentikan pergerakan jika alat diangkat secara paksa. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui pendekatan Black Box dan White Box untuk memastikan modul elektronik bekerja sinkron dengan arsitektur kendali terdistribusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memproses data dengan stabil tanpa hambatan teknis. Sensor ultrasonik terbukti akurat dalam mendeteksi jamaah, sementara sistem pendeteksi uang dan fitur keamanan merespons dengan cepat dan stabil pada berbagai permukaan lantai. Secara keseluruhan, purwarupa ini berhasil menjadi instrumen pengumpulan infak yang handal, aman, dan efisien, serta berkontribusi dalam penerapan teknologi otomasi di lingkungan sosial-keagamaan. ============================================================ Charity collection activities in mosques are generally still carried out using conventional methods, which are less efficient and potentially disrupt the solemnity of the congregation during worship. This study aims to design and implement an "Automatic Walking Charity Box Robotic Car" system based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller as an innovative solution for the modernization of the charity collection process. This system is designed to move independently and operate automatically in a mosque environment without depending on manual human labor. The development method used is the Prototyping model, which includes the stages of communication, Quick Plan, Modeling quick design, Construction of Prototype, and deployment, delivery, and feedback. The robot is integrated with two Arduino Uno microcontroller units; the bottom Arduino controls movement with an HC-SR04 ultrasonic Sensor for navigation and congregation detection at a distance of 20 cm, while the top Arduino manages the security system and information display using two FC-51 Infrared (IR) Sensor units and a 20x4 I2C LCD screen. The IR Sensors function to detect incoming charity money to trigger messages on the LCD and serve as a security system that stops movement if the device is lifted forcibly. System testing was carried out through Black Box and White Box approaches to ensure the electronic modules work synchronously with a distributed control architecture. The results show that the system is capable of processing data stably without technical obstacles. The ultrasonic Sensor proved to be accurate in detecting the congregation, while the money detection system and security features responded quickly and stably on various floor surfaces. Overall, this prototype has successfully become a reliable, safe, and efficient charity collection instrument, contributing to the implementation of automation technology in social-religious environments.
