Pembimbing Utama Eka Arriyanti, S.Pd., M.Kom., Pembimbing Pendamping Muhammad Ibnu Sa’ad, S.Kom., M.Kom Kata Kunci : Analisis Penerimaan Pengguna Terhadap Penerapan Sistem e-tilang di Kota Samarinda Menggunakan Metode Technology Acceptance Model Analisis Penerimaan Pengguna Adalah merupakan keinginan pengguna dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang didesain untuk membantu pekerjaan dan dipandang sebagai faktor internal yang menentukan sukses atau tidaknya penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap objek dengan alat bantu tertentu dengan tujuan mengetahui penerimaan dan mendapatkan hasil yang diharapkan untuk tempat penelitian Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan berupa studi pustaka, observasi, dan kuesioner yang merupakan landasan teori yang akan digunakan. Metode yang digunakan Technology Acceptance Model dengan Kejaksaan Negeri Samarinda sebagai studi kasusnya. Dengan adanya penelitian ini menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat penerimaan pada pengguna dan faktor apa saja yang akan ditingkatkan sebagai prioritas utama. Dari 10 pertanyaan terdapat beberapa pertanyaan apa saja yang menjadi prioritas utama dan pertahankan kualitas pada sistem e-tilang untuk diperhatikan lagi agar menjadi bahan evaluasi. ======================================================= Rofiq Mauluddin, 2023, Analysis of User Acceptance Towards the Implementation of e-Tilang System in Samarinda City Using the Technology Acceptance Model Method. User Acceptance Analysis is the user's desire to utilize information technology that is designed to assist work and is regarded as an internal factor that determines the success or failure of the use of information technology against the object with certain aids, with the aim of knowing acceptance and obtaining expected results for the research location. In this research, the data collection methods to be used will be literature study, observation, and questionnaires, which are the theoretical foundation to be used. The method used is the Technology Acceptance Model with the Samarinda State Prosecutor's Office as the case study. The purpose of this research using the Technology Acceptance Model method is to determine how the level of acceptance in users and what factors will be improved as the main priority. Of the 10 questions, there are several questions about what are the main priorities and maintain the quality of the e-Tilang system to be reconsidered for evaluation.
