Penerimaan karyawan yang ideal bagi perusahaan menjadi salah satu upaya yang tepat untuk menghadapi dan merespon segala tantangan yang berkaitan dengan perubahan lingkungan strategis, PT. Barqun Digital Teknologi mengadakan pemilihan karyawan baru secara mandiri yang diambil melalui proses serangkaian seleksi yang diadakan. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah proses seleksi sering dipengaruhi oleh faktor subjektifitas dan belum memiliki standar/kriteria yang jelas sehingga dapat menyebabkan terpilihnya karyawan yang kurang tepat. Solusinya dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pemilihan karyawan baru dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh PT. Barqun Digital Teknologi menggunakan metode pengambilan keputusan yaitu Multi Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Barqun Digital Teknologi, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan yang meliputi wawancara dengan mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan seleksi penerimaan karyawan baru dan observasi yaitu mengadakan pengamatan secara langsung pada PT. Barqun Digital Teknologi serta studi pustaka untuk memperoleh teori-teori tentang sistem pendukung keputusan yang berkaitan dengan judul, metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) tahap yang harus diselesaikan yaitu, fase inteligensi, fase desain, fase pilihan, dan fase implementasi. Ditambah dengan pengujian. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan karyawan yang dapat memberikan referensi untuk pengambilan keputusan penerimaan karyawan baru menggunakan metode MOORA berdasarkan alternatif, kriteria, sub kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, setelah keputusan didapatkan, hasil perangkingan dan perhitungan penerimaan karyawan yang diperoleh dari sistem dapat ditampilkan secara detail dan sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan manual yang dilakukan. Metode MOORA kurang cocok diterapkan untuk sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan karyawan dikarenakan tidak dapat melakukan penetapan range pada nilai hasil akhir untuk penetapan standar minimum kelolosan. ============================================================ Nur Hakim, 2022, Employee Recruitment Decision Support System With Multi Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) Method Web-Based At PT. The ideal recruitment of employees for the company is one of the right efforts to face and respond to all challenges related to changes in the strategic environment, PT. Barqun Digital Teknologi conducts the selection of new employees independently, which is taken through a series of selection processes. The obstacle faced is that the selection process is often influenced by subjective factors and does not yet have clear standards/criteria, so it can lead to the selection of inappropriate employees. The solution is to build a decision support system for the selection of new employees with the criteria set by PT. Barqun Digital Teknologi uses a decision-making method, namely Multi Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). This research was conducted at PT. Barqun Digital Teknologi. The data collection method used is a field study that includes interviews by asking questions related to the selection of new employees and observations, namely conducting direct observations at PT. Barqun Digital Teknologi and literature studies to obtain theories about decision support systems related to the title. The system development method used is the decision support system development method, which consists of 4 (four) stages that must be completed, namely, the intelligence phase, the design phase, choice phase, and implementation phase. Plus testing. The final result of this research is in the form of an employee recruitment decision support system that can provide a reference for making decisions on hiring new employees using the MOORA method based on predetermined alternatives, criteria, sub-criteria, after the decision is obtained, the results of ranking and calculation of employee acceptance obtained from the system can be displayed in detail and in accordance with the results of manual calculations performed. The MOORA method is not suitable to be applied to a decision support system with the theme of employee recruitment because it cannot determine the range on the final result value for determining the minimum standard of qualification.
