Abstract
Dalam proses rekrutmen guru honorer di SMP Negeri 16 Samarinda masih melakukan pengolahan data secara manual dengan memasukkan file calon pelamar ke dalam microsoft excel, jadi butuh waktu yang sangat lama untuk mendapatkan hasil tes yang diberikan. Tidak menutup kemungkinan jika pengambilan keputusan dilakukan secara subjektif. Untuk menghindari hal-hal tersebut maka diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan rekrutmen guru honorer di SMP Negeri 16 Samarinda dengan menggunakan metode nave bayes yang dapat digunakan sekolah dalam menentukan calon guru honorer dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes, data yang diolah dapat berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif sehingga memudahkan pengambilan keputusan karena persyaratan penerimaan yang berbeda. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini berbasis web sehingga datanya transparan dan dapat diakses di mana saja oleh calon guru honorer dan tim penerimaan guru honorer serta memudahkan tim penerimaan dalam mengolah data yang ada, pengujian sistem menggunakan metode whitebox dan Beta Testing sehingga menghasilkan seleksi yang layak dari guru honorer. ======================================================================================== In the process of recruiting honorer teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Samarinda is still processing data manually by entering the file of prospective applicants into Microsoft excel, so it takes a very long time to get the test results given. Does not close the possibility if decision making is done subjectively. To avoid these things, it is necessary to support the decision of recruiting honorer teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Samarinda using naïve bayes method that can be used by schools in determining prospective honorer teachers by using Naïve Bayes method, the processed data can be quantitative and qualitative data so as to facilitate decision making due to the different acceptance requirements. This decision support system is web-based so that the data is transparent and accessible anywhere by prospective honorer teachers and honorer teacher acceptance teams as well as facilitate the admissions team in processing existing data, testing the system using whitebox and Beta Testing methods so as to produce a decent selection from honorer teachers.
