Abstract

Klinik adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan yang menyediakan pelayanan medis dasar dan atau spesialistik. Proses reservasi pengambilan nomor antrian pada klinik gigi drg. Sholihah Putri Utami merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam administrasi. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa klinik gigi drg. Sholihah Putri Utami, memiliki kendala terkait reservasi pengambilan nomor antrian yang harus di atasi. Maka dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi reservasi klinik gigi pada drg. Sholihah Putri Utami. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Android Studio, XAMPP yang merupakan gabungan dari apache Web Server, PHP, dan MySQL, dan browser Google Chrome. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan – tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu Black Box dan Beta Testing, sehingga aplikasi yang didapat sesuai dengan keinginan para calon pengguna. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan Aplikasi Reservasi Klinik Gigi sehingga mempermudah pekerjaan menjadi relatif cepat, tepat dan dapat dilakukan tanpa terkendala waktu, serta dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi selama ini dalam hal proses reservasi atau pengambilan nomor antrian. ========================================================== Muhamad Khairul Mauliddin, 2020, Reservation Application Clinic Dental Sholihah Putri Utami, drg, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Principal Advisior, Bartolomius Harpad., S.Kom., M.Kom. The process of taking the number of queue at the dental clinic drg. Sholihah Putri Utami is one of the most important things in administration. This explains the clinic dental drg. Sholihah Putri Utami, has a problems for take the number of queue and that must be solved. So clinic dental Sholihah Putri Utami, drg need a application for reservation This application was developed using Android Studio software, XAMPP which is a combination of Apache Web Server, PHP, and MySQL, and the Google Chrome browser. The method collecting data uses the observation method and the system development method uses the waterfall because this method has clear and practical stages. Then the system testing is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the application can be obtained with the wishes of potential users. In this study, the Reservation Application Clinic Dental is produced so that’s makes work is being easier and realitve quickly, precisely and can be done without time constraints and this application can solve the problems that have occurred so far doing reservation or take a number of queue.
