Abstract
Kecamatan Sungai Pinang merupakan pecahan dari Kecamatan Samarinda Utara tanggal 28 Desember 2010 (Kecamatan Samarinda Utara pecahan dari Kecamatan Samarinda Ilir berdasarkan PP No. 38 Tahun 1996 ) • Camat Pertama yaitu Bpk. Suryawan Adtmaja (1997 sd 2003) Camat Samarinda Utara. • Camat kedua Bpk. Drs. Suko Sunawar,M.Si (2003 sd 2004) • Camat ketiga Bpk H. Marnabas,S.Sos ( 2004 sd 31 Desember 2010 ) • Camat keempat Bpk H.Edy Mariansyah, S.Sos (31 Desember 2010 sd 1 April 2012 Camat pertama Sungai Pinang ) • Camat kelima Bpk Muhammad Fahmi,S.Sos,M.Si (1 April 2012 sd 26 Januari 2017 ) • Camat keenam Ibu Hj. Siti Hasanah,S.Sos,M.Si ( 26 Januari 2017 sd sekarang ) Dalampenelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang diantaranya terdiri dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Pada analisis kebutuhan sistem, penulis melakukan analisis meliputi analisa data, analisa kebutuhan, analisa teknologi. Pada desain sistem, penulis menggunakan alat bantu flowchart, sitemap, dan desain layout. Pada implementasi system terdiri dari struktur database, home, data warga, data kepala keluarga, penambahan warga. Pada pengujian / testing, dilakukan dengan memberi pertanyaan meliputi usability, navigasi, visual, content, compatibility, loading time, functionality, accessibility, interactivity. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, maka admin kelurahan dapat memperoleh informasi tentang data warga dengan mudah. ========================================================= Sungai Pinang District is a fraction of North Samarinda District on 28 December 2010 (North Samarinda District is a fraction of Samarinda Ilir District based on PP No. 38 of 1996) • First District Head, Bpk. Sos (2004 to 31 December 2010) • The fourth sub-district is Mr. H. Eddy Mariansyah, S.Sos (31 December 2010 to 1 April 2012 the first sub-district of Sungai Pinang) • The fifth sub-district head, Mr. Muhammad Fahmi, S. Sos, M.Sc (1 April 2012 to 26 January 2017) • The sixth sub-district head Mrs. Hj. Siti Hasanah, S. Sos, M.Sc (January 26, 2017 until now) In this study, the authors use data collection methods that include interviews, observation, and literature study. In the analysis of system requirements, the authors perform the analysis includes data analysis, needs analysis, technology analysis. In system design, the author uses flowchart tools, sitemap, and layout design. The system implementation consists of database structure, home, citizen’s data, family head data, citizen registration. In testing, done by asking questions include usability, navigation, visual, content, compatibility, loading time, functionality, accessibility, interactivity. With this application, administrators can get information about the citizen’s data easily.
