Abstract

Penelitian ini merancang prototipe sistem deteksi kebakaran berbasis IoT menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266, sensor api, dan sensor gas MQ-2. Sistem ini memberikan notifikasi real-time kepada pengguna melalui Telegram saat kebakaran terdeteksi. Pengujian dilakukan dalam berbagai kondisi lingkungan menggunakan metode perhitungan persentase kesalahan untuk akurasi sensor dan white box testing untuk validasi logika program. Hasil menunjukkan sensor bekerja akurat mendeteksi kebakaran dan gas berbahaya dengan waktu respons rata-rata kurang dari 2 detik. Sistem yang terintegrasi dengan Telegram mampu memberikan peringatan dini secara efisien dan andal. ================================================================== This research designs a fire detection system prototype based on IoT using NodeMCU ESP8266, fire, and gas sensors (MQ-2). The system provides real-time notifications to users via Telegram when a fire is detected. Testing was conducted under various environmental conditions using error percentage calculations for sensor accuracy and white box testing to validate program logic. The results show that the sensors accurately detect fire and hazardous gases, with an average response time of less than 2 seconds. The system integrated with Telegram provides efficient and reliable early warnings.
