Nurul Aimah. 2025. Analisis Kepuasan Mahasiswa Stmik Widya Cipta Dharma Terhadap Penggunaan Sistem Pembayaran Non-Tunai Qris. Program Studi Sistem Informasi Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika Dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma. Penelitian ini menganalisis kepuasan mahasiswa STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma terhadap penggunaan sistem pembayaran non-tunai QRIS. Latar belakangnya mencakup pentingnya teknologi informasi dalam transaksi digital. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, dan menganalisis efisiensi transaksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan End User Computing Satisfaction. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel Content (thitung = 2.531), Accuracy (thitung = 2.805), Format (thitung = 4.426), Easy of Use (thitung = 3.298), dan Timeliness (thitung = 2.218) semuanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna (sig. < 0.05). Dengan demikian, implementasi QRIS diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan transaksi keuangan mahasiswa. ============================================================ Nurul Aimah. 2025. This study analyzes the satisfaction of STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma students towards the use of the QRIS non-cash payment system. The background includes the importance of information technology in digital transactions. The purpose of the study is to measure the level of satisfaction, identify influencing factors, and analyze transaction efficiency. The method used is quantitative with the End User Computing Satisfaction approach. The results show that the variables Content (tcount = 2.531), Accuracy (tcount = 2.805), Format (tcount = 4.426), Easy of Use (tcount = 3.298), and Timeliness (tcount = 2.218) all have a significant effect on user satisfaction (sig. <0.05). Thus, the implementation of QRIS is expected to increase the efficiency and security of student financial transactions.
