Abstract
Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Calon Tenaga Kerja Pada PT. Kaltim Nusa Etika Menggunakan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial, bertujuan untuk membuat suatu sistem yang dapat mempermudah HRD atau perusahaan dalam merekrut calon tenaga kerja yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial merupakan salah satu metode yang banyak dipakai dalam pembuatan SPK. Tujuannya adalah mengembangkan model yang berawal menggunakan manual menjadi menggunakan sistem yang dapat menghemat waktu dan memudahkan pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial sebagai metode sistem dalam pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan untuk menyeleksi serta mencocokan antara satu variable inputan dengan variable sistem yang telah disediakan sehingga mendapatkan hasil dari inputan yang mendekati variable. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa hasil dari penelitian yang berjudul Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Calon Tenaga Kerja Pada PT Kaltim Nusa Etika Menggunakan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial menghasilkan suatu sistem yang mempermudah HRD dan perusahaan merekrut calon tenaga kerja. Sistem ini dibuat sebagai perantara antara pihak perusahaan dan calon tenaga kerja yang diharapkan dapat membantu, dan mempermudah perusahaan. ============================================================ Decision Support System for Selection of Candidates for Workforce at PT. Kaltim Nusa Etika Using the Exponential Comparison Method, aims to create a system that can make it easier for HRD or companies to recruit prospective workers who meet the criteria needed by the company. This study used the Exponential Comparison Method, which is one of the most widely used methods in making DSS. The goal is to develop a model that started using manuals to use a system that can save time and make it easier for users. In this study the Exponential Comparison Method as a system method in decision making is used to select and match between one input variable and the system variable that has been provided so as to get results from inputs that are close to the variable. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that the results of the study entitled Decision Support System for Selection of Prospective Workers at PT. Kaltim Nusa Etika Using the Exponential Comparison Method produces a system that makes it easier for HRD and companies to recruit prospective workers. This system was created as an intermediary between the company and prospective workers who are expected to help and facilitate the company.
