Abstract
SMP Negeri 4 Loa Janan Samarinda merupakan salah satu sekolah menegah pertama di kota Samarinda yang secara rutin melakukan penilaian kinerja terhadap seluruh guru yang ada di sekolah. Proses penilaian terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 4 Loa Janan Samarinda saat ini masih dilakukan dengan cara manual dimana semua penilaian masih dicatat di kertas penilaian. Dengan cara tersebut, hasil penilaian dianggap kurang objektif sehingga dapat menimbulkan kecemburuan sosial bagi guru yang tidak menerima prestasi. Selain itu, dengan penilaian yang masih dilakukan secara manual maka resiko kesalahan data dalam proses penilaian guru masih cukup tinggi. Untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan di atas, maka diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai alat bantu untuk penilaian guru di SMP Negeri 4 Loa Janan Samarinda. Aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). ============================================================ SMP Negeri 4 Loa Janan Samarinda is one of the first high schools in the city of Samarinda that routinely conducts performance assessments of all teachers in the school. The process of assessing teacher performance at SMP Negeri 4 Loa Janan Samarinda is currently still carried out manually where all assessments are still recorded on the assessment paper. In this way, the results of the assessment are considered less objective so that it can cause social jealousy for teachers who do not receive achievements. In addition, with the assessment that is still done manually, the risk of data errors in the teacher assessment process is still quite high. To help solve the problems above, a decision support system is needed as a tool for teacher assessment at SMP Negeri 4 Loa Janan Samarinda. This decision support system application is made using a web-based programming language and the method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method.
