Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna adalah siswa, untuk itu perlu adanya suatu tindakan evaluasi pengukuran tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi pendaftaran siswa pada LKP Multi Sarana Informatika Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini metode evaluasi sistem menggunakan metode PIECES terdei dari 6 aspek Performance (kinerja) Information (informasi) , Economy (ekonomi), Control (kontrol), Efficiency (efisiensi), dan Service (pelayanan). Menganalisis data kuesioner dilakukan statistik deskriptif guna mengetahui karakteristik data, uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk mengetahui data kuisioner valid/akurat dan reliabel. uji normalitas, uji korelasi dan uji regresi linier berganda. Kemudian mengevaluasi sistem dengan merata-rata hasil kuisioner untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata dari tingkat kepuasan dari 6 aspek metode PIECES adalah Performance (kinerja) 4,51 dengan kategori Sangat Puas, Information (informasi) 4,46 dengan kategori Sangat Puas, Economy (ekonomi) 4,38 dengan kategori Sangat Puas, Control (kontrol) 4,17 dengan kategori Puas, Efficiency (efisiensi) 4,57 dengan kategori Sangat Puas, dan Service (pelayanan) 5 kategori Sangat Puas sehingga sistem informasi pendaftaran siswa sudah cukup efektif dan efisien bagi pengguna khususnya siswa LKP Multi Sarana Informatika dan menjadi bahan untuk pengembangan berikutnya. Adapun hasil regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa 6 aspek metode PIECES terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna kecuali Economy (ekonomi), Control (kontrol), dan Efficiency (efisiensi). ============================================================ The research was carried out to meet the needs of users, namely students, for that there needs to be an evaluation measure of user satisfaction with the student registration information system at LKP Multi Sarana Informatika Samarinda. Data collection methods used are interviews, observations and questionnaires. In this study, the system evaluation method used the PIECES method consisting of 6 aspects of Performance (performance) Information (information), Economy (economy), Control (control), Efficiency (efficiency), and Service (service). Analyzing the questionnaire data, descriptive statistics were used to determine the characteristics of the data, test the validity and reliability to find out the questionnaire data was valid/accurate and reliable. normality test, correlation test and multiple linear regression test. Then evaluate the system by averaging the results of the questionnaire to determine the level of satisfaction. The results showed that the average level of satisfaction from the 6 aspects of the PIECES method was Performance (performance) 4.51 in the Satisfied category, Information (information) 4.46 in the Satisfied category, Economy (economy) 4.38 in the Satisfied category, Control ( control) 4.17 with the Satisfied category, Efficiency (efficiency) 4.57 with the Satisfied category, and Service (service) 5 categories Very Satisfied so that the student registration information system is quite effective and efficient for users, especially students of LKP Multi Sarana Informatics and becomes a material for the next development. The results of linear regression show that 6 aspects of the PIECES method have a significant effect on user satisfaction except for Economy (economy), Control (control), and Efficiency (efficiency).
