Abstract
ABSTRAK Muhammad Fajar Tedjo Putro, 2020, Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Ekstrakurikuler Pada SMKN4 Samarinda Berbasis Web, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Pembimbing Utama, Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., MM.SI, Pembimbing Pendamping, Siti Qomariah, S.Kom., M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Smart Report, Kota Samarinda, SMKN 4 Samarinda, Website. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Ekstrakurikuler Pada SMKN4 Samarinda Berbasis Web. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Sublime Text 3, XAMPP yang merupakan gabungan dari apache Web Server, PHP, dan MySQL, dan browser Google Chrome. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan waterfall Karena metode ini mempunyai tahapan – tahapan yang jelas nyata dan praktis. Kemudian pengujian sistem yaitu White Box dan Beta Testing, sehingga sistem yang didapat sesuai dengan keinginan para calon pengguna. Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Ektrakurikuler. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Ekstrakurikuler Pada SMKN4 Samarinda Berbasis Web, sehingga dapat mempermudah pendaftaran kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler menjadi relatif cepat, tepat dan dapat dilakukan tanpa terkendala waktu. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi selama ini dalam hal proses Pendaftaran Ekstrakurikuler. =============================================================== ABSTRACT Muhammad Fajar Tedjo Putro, 2020, Information System for Extracurricular Data Processing at SMKN4 Samarinda, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Web Based, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Samarinda, Principal Advisior, Ita Arfyanti, S.Kom., MM.SI, Counselor Advisor, Siti Qomariah, S.Kom., M.Kom. Keywords: Smart Report, Kota Samarinda, SMKN 4 Samarinda, Website. This final project aims to build a Web-based Extracurricular Data Processing Information System at SMKN4 Samarinda. This system was developed using Sublime Text 3, XAMPP software which is a combination of Apache Web Server, PHP, and MySQL, and the Google Chrome browser. The method of data collection uses the observation method and system development methods using the waterfall. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is White Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of prospective users. Extracurricular Data Processing Information System. The purpose of this study was to produce a Web-based Extracurricular Data Processing Information System at SMKN4 Samarinda, so that it can facilitate registration of extracurricular activities to be relatively fast, precise and can be done without time constraints. It is hoped that this information system can solve the problems that have occurred so far in the extracurricular registration process.
