Abstract
Sistem pengajuan cuti pegawai konvensional, pada umumnya selalu terhambat pada saat pegawai meminta tanda tangan kepada pimpinan yang bertanggung jawab dan direktur utama. Terutama jika pimpinan yang bertanggung jawab dan direktur utama sedang melakukan tugas keluar kota. Dan juga pegawai harus menghitung lama cuti berdasarkan hari kerja dan libur nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem agar membantu memudahkan pegawai melakukan pengajuan cuti tanpa harus meminta tanda tangan secara langsung kepada pimpinan maupun direktur utama. Pegawai tidak perlu menghitung hari kerja dan hari libur nasional saat mengajukan permohonan cuti. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, pengamatan langsung (observasi), dan wawancara (interview). Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu throwaway prototyping yang menggambarkan pendekatan menggunakan perancangan desain interface. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dibuatnya Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Cuti Pegawai Pada PT Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Kalimantan Timur Berbasis Web. Dengan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada pegawai dalam mengajukan permohonan cuti. ========================================================== The conventional employee submission furlough system, in general is always hampered when employee ask for signatures form the leaders in charge and chief director. Especially if the leader in charge and the chief director are out of town. And also employees must calculate the length of furlough based on working days and national holidays. This study aims to build a system to help make it easier for employees to apply submission furlough without having to ask for signatures directly from the leadership or the main director. Employees do not need to calculate working days and national holidays when applying for submission furlough. In this research, the data collection techniques user were literature study, direct observation and interview. The development method used is throwaway prototyping which illustrates the approach using interface design. The results of this study are the Employee Submission Furlough Information System at PT. Penjaminan Kredit Daerah Kalimantan Timur Based On Website. With the results of this study, can make it easier for employees to applying for furlough.
