Abstract

Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Nilai Siswa pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 11 Penajam Paser Utara merupakan suatu sistem yang dapat mengolah data nilai pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri Penajam Paser Utara. Keberadaan sistem informasi ini sangat penting. Dalam hal ini, Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 11 Penajam Paser Utara dijadikan sebagai tempat penelitian, Karena sistem pengolahan data yang ada di tempat tersebut belum terkelola dengan baik sehingga sering kali terjadi kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan yang ada, seperti proses pengolahan data siswa, data guru, data mata pelajaran dan data nilai siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu para guru pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 11 Penajam Paser Utara dalam pembuatan laporan data nilai siswa sehingga mendapatkan perhitungan yang cepat, akurat dan di akses dari mana saja. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall sehingga program bisa sesuai dengan tahapan pembangunan. Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Nilai Siswa pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama 11 Penajam Paser Utara serta dokumen yang tersimpan di dalam server memudahkan dan mempercepat penyimpanan selain itu juga berfungsi sebagai dokumentasi cadangan/backup dari dokumen fisik/hardcopy dalam bentuk digital selain pemahaman tentang pelaksanaan pengolahan data nilai siswa, tanggapan dan masukan dari calon pengguna sangat membantuk dalam pengembangan sistem ini. Perlu dengan kebutuhan guru, agar Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Nilai Siswa pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 11 Penjam Paser Utara ini dapat berfungsi secara maksimal. ============================================================ Information System Data Processing Student Value at the State Junior High School 11 Penajam Paser Utara is a system that can process the data values at the State Junior High School 11 Penajam Paser Utara. The existence of this information system is very important. In this case, the State Junior High School 11 Penajam Paser Utara serve as a place of research, because the existing data processing system in place has not been well managed so often mistakes in making existing reports, such as student data processing, teacher data, data Subjects and student value data. The purpose of this research is to assist the teachers at State Junior High School 11 Penajam Paser Utara in making the report of student value data so as to get a fast, accurate calculation and access from anywhere. This system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database. In this research used Waterfall system development method so that the program can be in accordance with the stages of development. Student Value Data Processing Information System at State Junior High School 11 Penajam Paser Utara as well as documents stored in the server facilitate and accelerate the storage but it also serves as a document backup / backup of physical documents / hardcopy in digital form in addition to understanding of the implementation of data processing student value , Feedback and feedback from potential users is very helpful in the development of this system. Need with the needs of teachers, for Information Systems Data Processing Student Value at State Junior High School 11 Penajam Paser Utara can function optimally.
