Abstract

Andi bagus pratama, 2018, : Sistem informasi penentuan lokasi pelanggan PT. PLN (Persero) berbasis mobile (android) , Skripsi Jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing(I) Salmon,S.Kom.,M.Kom Pembimbing (II) Siti Qomariah,M.Kom. Kata Kunci : Penentuan Koordinat , GPS dan Android. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat membuat alat aplikasi mobile yang berfungsi untuk Penentuan lokasi pelanggan PLN. dimana apabila program ini berhasil diselesaikan akan mempermudah petugas pelayanan teknik dalam mencari lokasi pelanggan yang melapor apabila terjadi kerusakan pada listrik di rumah pelanggan. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa kepemilikan aset digital terhadap data pelanggan PLN yang ada dan masih aktif untuk mempermudah akses pelayanan kami terhadap keluhan ataupun kerusakan yang ada pada sisi pelanggan PLN. =========================================================== Andi Bagus pratama, 2018,: Information system of determining customer's location PT. This research was conducted to be able to create a mobile application tool that serves to pinpoint PLN customer location point. Where if the program is successfully completed will facilitate the technical service personnel in finding the location of customers who report if there is damage to electricity at home customers. The final result of this research is in the form of digital asset ownership to existing pln customer data and still active to facilitate access of our service to the complaint or damage that exist at customer side of PLN.
