Abstract
A web (often shortened to website, web site, site) is a term for a group of web pages (webpage), which is generally a part of a domain name (domain name) or subdomain on the World Wide Web (WWW) on the Internet. Websites in the Internet world is meant for the website that offers a variety of information to the visitors. The website provides information in the form of information forums, Statistics population data based on the individual needs of SKPD , the data recapitulation of Potential Voters Electoral Data, personal bio data is resident in East Kalimantan. The website was developed with information systems development waterfall method, the method of data collection through interviews, observation, and literature, user analysis methods, technology, needs, information, systems, data, and performance analysis system design using flowcharts, sitemap. In developing the language used pemogramman website Php, MySQL database, a local web server Apache. sublime as a web editor, Notepad ++ as web editor, and Adobe Photoshop as an image editor. Web testing method using beta testing information. With the web , the information system of regional work units ( SKPD ) and the general public can obtain information on the latest demographic data on the Bureau of the General Secretariat of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan .
