Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas sistem informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) terhadap kepuasan pengguna di SMA Negeri 1 Long Bagun dengan menggunakan model DeLone dan McLean. Model ini mengevaluasi keberhasilan sistem informasi melalui enam dimensi utama, yaitu kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, penggunaan sistem, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih. Latar belakang penelitian ini dibuat dari fenomena rendahnya pemahaman pengguna terhadap alur pendaftaran PPDB meskipun telah diterapkan sistem informasi berbasis website. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada siswa kelas X sebagai responden, yang baru saja mengikuti proses PPDB. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, dimensi manfaat bersih juga menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai efektivitas sistem informasi PPDB yang diterapkan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi PPDB di SMA Negeri 1 Long Bagun sudah memberikan manfaat bagi penggunanya, namun masih memerlukan peningkatan terutama dalam aspek kualitas sistem, pelayanan dan kemudahan penggunaan sistem. Rekomendasi yang diajukan mencakup perbaikan antarmuka pengguna, penambahan fitur bantuan, mengadakan sosilisasi kepada pengguna serta peningkatan kecepatan akses situs PPDB. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar evaluasi dan pengembangan sistem informasi pendidikan yang lebih efektif dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pengguna. ============================================================ This study aims to analyze the quality of the New Student Admissions (PPDB) information system and its impact on user satisfaction at SMA Negeri 1 Long Bagun using the DeLone and McLean model. This model evaluates the success of an information system through six main dimensions: information quality, system quality, service quality, system usability, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The background to this research was the phenomenon of low user understanding of the PPDB registration process despite the implementation of a website-based information system. The method used in this study was a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to 10th-grade students who had recently completed the PPDB process. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests using SPSS version 22 software. The results showed that information quality significantly influenced user satisfaction. Furthermore, the net benefits dimension is also an important indicator in assessing the effectiveness of the implemented PPDB information system. The conclusion of this study indicates that the PPDB information system at SMA Negeri 1 Long Bagun has provided benefits to its users, but still requires improvement, particularly in aspects of system quality, service, and ease of use. The recommendations include improving the user interface, adding help features, conducting outreach to users, and increasing the speed of access to the PPDB website. This research is expected to serve as a basis for evaluating and developing a more effective education information system that is oriented toward user satisfaction.
