Abstract

Bengkel Sentosa Jaya Motor yang berlokasi di Kota Samarinda menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan inventaris suku cadang, di mana belum adanya sistem pencatatan stok menyebabkan hambatan operasional seperti kekurangan maupun kelebihan barang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun aplikasi inventaris berbasis Android menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Metode ini dipilih karena mampu mempercepat proses pengembangan aplikasi dengan melibatkan pengguna dalam setiap tahapan iterasi. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan Flutter dan basis data Firebase, serta menyediakan fitur pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar, laporan PDF dan Excel dengan filter tanggal, serta tampilan dashboard yang menampilkan informasi stok secara real-time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna, membantu pencatatan stok lebih akurat, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional bengkel. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan manajemen suku cadang dapat dilakukan secara lebih terstruktur dan efektif. ======================================================= Sentosa Jaya Motor Workshop, located in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, faces challenges in managing its spare parts inventory due to the absence of a structured stock recording system. This often leads to operational issues such as stock shortages or surpluses. To address this problem, this study aims to design and develop an Android-based inventory application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. RAD was chosen for its iterative and user-centered approach, enabling faster development cycles and continuous user feedback integration. The application was built using Flutter and Firebase, providing features such as recording incoming and outgoing goods, generating PDF and Excel reports with date filters, and a dashboard displaying real-time stock information. Testing results indicate that the application operates according to user requirements, enhancing stock recording accuracy and improving the workshop's operational efficiency. The implementation of this digital system is expected to facilitate more structured and effective spare parts management.
