Abstract

Khairunisa, NIM : 21.41.019 Sistem Informasi Penjualan Alat Tulis Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design di Toko Ghifana Berbasis Web. Skripsi Jurusan Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer ( STMIK) Widya Cipta Dharma. Infromasi penjualan menyediakan informasi untuk menangani penjualan produk atau jasa yang di hasilkan toko alat tulis. Pelayanan penjualan menjadi sangat penting ketika persaingan antar toko semakin ketat. Karena itu, pembangunan sisten informasi penjualan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada konsumen terus dikembangkan. Pengembanngan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web memberikan kemudahan bagi penjual online secara terus menerus. Media web juga mampu menjadi media informasi untuk mencapai satu tujuan. Keunggulan media web mempunyai jangkauan umum dan luas. Selain itu informasi penjualan bebasis web yang mampu memenuhi spesifikasi kebutuhan penjualan, informasi yang di sajikan dapat di sajikan secara detail dan up to date. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi penjualan alat tulis yang berpusat pada pengguna (user-centered). Metode User Centered Design (UCD) diterapkan untuk memastikan bahwa sistem yang dihasilkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pengguna, baik dari segi fungsionalitas maupun kemudahan penggunaan. Melalui proses pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, diperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses penjualan, mengurangi kesalahan data, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. The sales information system provides information to handle sales of products/services produced by stationery shops. Sales service becomes very important when competition between stores becomes increasingly tight. Therefore, the development of sales information systems to facilitate service to consumers continues to be developed. The development of a web-based sales information system provides continuous convenience for online sellers. Web media is also capable of being an information medium to achieve a goal. The advantage of web media is that it has a general and wide reach. Apart from that, web-based sales information is able to meet sales requirements specifications, the information presented can be presented in detail and up to date. This research aims to design and develop a user-centered stationery sales information system. The User Centered Design (UCD) method is applied to ensure that the resulting system can meet user needs and expectations, both in terms of functionality and ease of use. Through the process of collecting data through interviews and observations, a deep understanding of user needs is obtained. The results of this research are expected to increase the efficiency of the sales process, reduce data errors, and increase customer satisfaction. Keywords: Web Based Sales Information System.
