Abstract
Abstrak Fitriyani Yusuf, 2024, Analisis Efektivitas Pemanfaatan Welearn Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa Program Studi Sistem Informasi STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Pada Kampus STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. Skripsi Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing Utama : Pitrasacha Adytia S.T.,M.T.,Pembimbing Pendamping : Hanifah Ekawati S,pd.,Mpd Kata Kunci: Welearn, Motivasi Belajar, E-learning, Pendidikan, STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan platform e-learning Welearn terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Sistem Informasi di STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh perkembangan pesat teknologi dalam pendidikan, yang memungkinkan penggunaan platform e-learning seperti Welearn untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Welearn menyediakan berbagai fasilitas seperti materi pembelajaran online, forum diskusi, dan alat evaluasi interaktif yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 88 mahasiswa STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma yang telah menggunakan Welearn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Welearn memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Mahasiswa memberikan respon positif terhadap fleksibilitas dan kemudahan akses yang ditawarkan oleh Welearn, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan partisipasi dan motivasi belajar mereka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Welearn merupakan alat yang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Implementasi Welearn yang didukung dengan pengembangan kapasitas pengguna dapat membantu mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan. Learning media plays an important role in assisting in the teaching and learning process, so that a teacher can utilize learning media which is starting to develop to be used as a tool in delivering material so that the teaching and learning process is easier. Learning media is very diverse so a teacher must be clever in choosing appropriate learning media to be applied at school or in the classroom so that learning objectives can be achieved as expected. The existence of learning media amidst the development of the times makes the teaching and learning process easier to carry out and plays a very important role for a student in participating in the teaching and learning process. With learning media that really helps teachers and students in the teaching and learning process, students do not get bored easily in following the teaching and learning process, students understand the material more easily, the teaching and learning process becomes more effective and efficient, and learning objectives are easily achieved in accordance with what is intended. expected. Thus, the role of learning media is really needed by a teacher and students so that a teaching and learning process can be carried out more easily to understand the material, and foster students' interest in learning. It is hoped that the results of this research can help Sunday school children at Santa Maria Jengan Station in carrying out teaching and learning activities, using learning media that can increase interest in studying the Deuterocanonical Bible.
