Abstract
ABSTRAK Fadilah Ingkong, 2024, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kinerja Pegawai Honorer Kejaksaan Dalam Bidang Tindak Pidana Umum Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weigthing, Skripsi Program Studi Sistem Informasi, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Widya Cipta Dharma, Pembimbing Utama: Kusno Harianto, S.Kom., M.Kom Pembimbing Pendamping : Muhammad Fahmi, S.Kom., M.Kom Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Simple Additive Wieghting Pegawai merupakan faktor pendukung dalam suatu instansi, karena dengan adanya pegawai yang memiliki standar kualifikasi dan produktivitas harus dijaga dan ditingkatkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Simple Additive Wieghting (SAW) dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh Kepala Bidang tersebut, yaitu: Orientasi Pelayanan, Integritas, Komitmen, Disiplin dan Kerjasama. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pegawai honorer dengan tujuan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi kepala bidang tindak pidana umum untuk mengambil keputusan dalam hal memberikan reward, bonus gaji maupun memberikan sanksi atau teguran bagi pegawai honorer itu sendiri. Berdasarkan hasil eksperimen dalam penelitian ini penerapan metode SAW. menghasilkan nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,6795. Dan nilai terendah sebesar 0,5845 dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode SAW memberikan tingkat akurasi yang optimal dalam mengevaluasi kinerja pegawai honorer. ======================================================================================================================== ABSTRACT Fadilah Ingkong, 2024, Performance Decision Support System for Honorary Prosecutor's Office Employees in the Field of General Crimes Using the Simple Additive Weighting Method, Information Systems Study Program Thesis, Widya Cipta Dharma College of Information and Computer Management, Main Supervisor: Kusno Harianto, S.Kom., M.Kom Co-Supervisor: Muhammad Fahmi, S.Kom., M.Kom Keywords: Decision Support System, Simple Additive Wieghting Employees are a supporting factor in an agency, because with employees who have qualification standards and productivity must be maintained and improved. The method used in this research is the Simple Additive Wieghting (SAW) method with criteria determined by the Head of the Division, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline and Cooperation. This research aims to evaluate the performance of honorary employees with the aim of providing consideration for the head of the general crime sector to make decisions regarding providing rewards, salary bonuses or providing sanctions or warnings to the honorary employees themselves. Based on the experimental results in this research, the application of the SAW method. produces the highest value of 0.6795. And the lowest value of 0.5845 can be concluded that the SAW method provides an optimal level of accuracy in evaluating the performance of honorary employees.
