Abstract

Proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) merupakan tahap krusial dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Di era digital ini, banyak sekolah, termasuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), implementasi sistem PPDB berbasis online di SMK Negeri 1 Sendawar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas. Namun, masih terdapat berbagai kendala yang dihadapi pengguna, seperti kesulitan dalam mengakses sistem, proses pendaftaran yang rumit, dan kurangnya informasi yang jelas. Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman pengguna dari sistem PPDB online di SMK Negeri 1 Sendawar dengan menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire. Penelitian ini mengukur kemudahan pengguna, tingkat kepuasan, serta hambatan yang dihadapi oleh calon peserta didik selama proses pendaftaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online kepada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sendawar. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang bermanfaat bagi pengembang sistem dan pihak sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan PPDB online, serta berkontribusi dalam pengembangan kebijakan yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna, sehingga sistem PPDB dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien =========================================================== The New Student Admission Process (PPDB) is a crucial stage in the education system in Indonesia. In this digital era, many schools, including Vocational High Schools (SMK), are implementing an online-based PPDB system at SMK Negeri 1 Sendawar with the aim of increasing efficiency and accessibility. However, there are still various obstacles faced by users, such as difficulties in accessing the system, a complicated registration process, and a lack of clear information. So this research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the user experience of the online PPDB system at SMK Negeri 1 Sendawar using the User Experience Questionnaire method. This research measures user convenience, level of satisfaction, and obstacles faced by prospective students during the registration process. Data was collected through a questionnaire that was distributed online to students of SMK Negeri 1 Sendawar. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide useful recommendations for system developers and schools to improve the quality of online PPDB services, as well as contribute to the development of policies that are more responsive to user needs, so that the PPDB system can run more effectively and efficiently.
