Abstract
Proses pemesanan lapangan olahraga di Gelora Kadrie Oening saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan inefisiensi dan kesulitan dalam mengelola jadwal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemesanan berbasis mobile (progressive web app) yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan teknologi PHP, Laravel, MySQL dan dilengkapi dengan fitur pemesanan online, pembayaran online, notifikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan dan memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi pengelola Gelora Kadrie Oening dalam mengelola pemesanan lapangan. ============================================================ The process of ordering sports fields at Gelora Kadrie Oening is currently still done manually, causing inefficiencies and difficulties in managing schedules. This research aims to develop a mobile-based ordering system (progressive web app) that can overcome these problems. The system development method used is waterfall. This system was built using PHP, Laravel, MySQL technology and is equipped with online ordering, online payment, notification features. The test results show that the system developed is able to increase the efficiency of the ordering process and provide convenience for users. It is hoped that this system can be a solution for Gelora Kadrie Oening managers in managing field bookings.
