Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang prediksi pasien pengidap penyakit diabetes dengan metode multiple linear regression menggunakan data pasien dari UPT Puskesmas Babulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun sistem prediksi pasien pengidap penyakit diabetes menggunakan metode multiple linear regression pada UPT Puskesmas Babulu dan untuk melihat bagaimana model prediksi diterapkan pada pasien pengidap diabetes di UPT Puskesmas Babulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) yang memiliki beberapa tahap seperti tahap seleksi data, tahap pre-processing, tahap transformasi data, tahap data mining, tahap evaluasi dan dilanjutkan dengan tahap deployment dan implementasi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik awancara, data private, dan studi pustaka. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan nilai akurasi R2 sebesar 75%, lalu mendapatkan hasil evaluasi model akurasi sebesar 93%, presisi 90%, recall sebesar 95% dan F1-Score sebesar 92%. Untuk model prediksi juga dapat diterapkan untuk membangun sistem prediksi pasien diabetes, tetapi membutuhkan penyesuaian yaitu menggunakan metode pembulatan agar output yang dihasilkan dapat menampilkan nilai 1 atau 0. Selain itu output pada sistem sesekali menghasilkan nilai negatif yang dikarenakan variabel data memiliki korelasi negatif dengan beberapa variabel lainnya. Sehingga apabilai nilai suatu variabel naik, bisa saja hasil variabel lainnya menurun. ============================================================ This research discusses the prediction of diabetes patients using the multiple linear regression method, utilizing patient data from the UPT Puskesmas Babulu. The purpose of this research is to build a prediction system for diabetes patients using the multiple linear regression method at UPT Puskesmas Babulu and to see how the prediction model is applied to diabetes patients at UPT Puskesmas Babulu. The research method used in this study is the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method, which has several stages such as data selection, preprocessing, data transformation, data mining, evaluation, and then followed by deployment and implementation. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, private data, and literature studies. The results of this research show an R2 accuracy value of 75%, an evaluation model accuracy of 93%, a precision of 90%, a recall of 95%, and an F1 Score of 92%. The prediction model can also be used to build a diabetes patient prediction system, but it requires adjustments, such as using a rounding method so that the output can display values of 1 or 0. Additionally, the system occasionally produces negative values because some data variables have negative correlations with other variables. Thus, if the value of one variable increases, the result of other variables may decrease.
